Humpback whales have been feeding off Squibnocket for a week. Wayne Smith

A large pod of humpback whales continued their feeding in the waters between Squibnocket and Noman's Land. Most were feeding in groups of three. But one group consisted of five whales. The spouts from the whales were seen in all directions for miles away. Way off in the distance a whale come almost totally out of the water and crashed back done to the surface. The sound it made hitting the water was like a thunder clap.

Ienjoyed seeing that. How lucky they were to have caught the sight. They are the most awesome creatures in the world. Just like the man who got to actually kiss one and I heard the whale respond.I watched that one so many times. Thanks for sharing
