A minor fire at Rocco’s Pizzeria in the Tisbury Marketplace Tuesday did no damage to the building, Tisbury fire chef Greg Leland told the Gazette Wednesday morning.
A Vineyard Haven woman and three young children are safe after a Tisbury police officer rescued them from a second-floor apartment that was on fire.

Two boats were destroyed in a fire at Lake Tashmoo Sunday morning at about 3:10 a.m., Tisbury fire chief John Schilling said. Both vessels, a 32-foot Pursuit and a 28-foot Cape Dory, were a total loss.
