Katie Chapman and Andy Chapman, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a son, Leroy Charles Chapman, born on Nov. 18 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Leroy weighed 7 pounds, 7.9 ounces at birth.
