Andora Aquino Rodgrigues and Romeiuro Rodrigues, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Marina Aquina Rodrigues, born on Nov. 23 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Marina weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces at birth.
