In a series of free weekly classes on Zoom sponsored by the West Tisbury Library next month, Shanta Gabriel teaches simple exercises to improve one's inner well-being.

Empowering Well-Being begins Feb. 4 and continues Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. throughout February according to a library announcement.

"In this four-week class you will receive simple yet profound exercises that will help you feel more aligned and nourished in your daily life," the announcement continues. "Each class is complete, but they will build on themselves for more calm agility during life’s ongoing change."
