The Terrace restaurant at The Charlotte Inn in Edgartown is featuring guest sommelier evenings this summer as part of a series of gourmet wine dinners on Thursday evenings.

On July 6, David Mitchell of Mise Wines takes his turn at the cork. Mr. Mitchell studied European history and served in the U.S. Navy before entering the wine business. He travels throughout France and Italy in search of artisanal growers who farm organically and sustainably to produce outstanding, hand-crafted wines.

The series continues throughout July and August.
