Appeals court judges affirmed a Dukes County Superior Court judge’s opinion that Vineyard Conservation Society is the rightful owner of the parcel off Moshup Trail that once belonged to Louisa Devine.

The descendants of a late Aquinnah landowner are petitioning the state appeals court to overturn a Dukes County Superior Court’s decision over who owns a small parcel off Moshup Trail.
