The family of Barbara Jane Baumhofener Pesch invites her frields to a celebration of her life. The event will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25 at 14 Ben’s Way in Chilmark. Anyone unable to attend may share stories or photos to Barbara.P.COL23@gmail.com.

Mrs. Pesch was a noted conservationist on the Island and co-authored Vineyard Birds with Susan B. Whiting. She died on May 21 at the age of 92.
