Ellen Elizabeth McCarthy of Edgartown and Boston died at her Edgartown residence on Tuesday, April 10. A memorial service is being planned for a later date and time to be announced. Donations in Ellen’s memory may be made to the Martha’s Vineyard Cancer Support Group, PO Box 2214, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568. A full obituary will appear in a future edition of the Gazette. Arrangements are under the care of the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home in Oak Bluffs.
