The Martha’s Vineyard Chamber Music Society begins its summer season on July 17 with the Chatham Baroque.

Sunday’s concert takes place at the First Congregational Church in West Tisbury and begins at 4 p.m.

The summer season includes two additional shows: the Borealis Wind Quintet on July 24 at the Old Whaling Church in Edgartown, and the Verona Quartet on August 7 at the Old Whaling Church.

This Sunday’s concert is headlined The Art of the Trio and features Andrew Fouts on violin), Patricia Halverson on viola da gamba, and Scott Pauley on theorbo and baroque guitar. The program highlights music from the Renaissance, Baroque and early Classical periods.
