The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank reported revenues of $353,488 for the business week ending on Friday, Dec. 24, 2021.

The land bank receives its funds from a two per cent fee charged on many Vineyard real estate transactions. Much of the land bank revenue last week came from the town of Edgartown, where five transactions resulted in $137,144. One transaction earned $84,000 in Oak Bluffs. Three transactions generated $69,900 in West Tisbury. And two transactions resulted in $62,444 in Chilmark.

No eligible transactions were recorded in Aquinnah or Tisbury.
