The Island Grown Initiative mobile market will resume its summer service beginning July 6.

The mobile market is stocked with locally grown produce and eggs available at reduced prices. It also offers a selection of lightly processed, Island-made items, often using local ingredients.

The mobile market stops at eight locations each week across the Island. It is part of Island Grown Initiative’s mission to expand healthy food access for all Islanders, with a focus on people who participate in food assistance programs.

The schedule is as follows: Mondays, Edgartown Library, 5 to 6 p.m.; Tuesdays, Howes House in West Tisbury, 3 to 4 p.m., and the Aquinnah Tribal Housing Building, 5 to 6 p.m.; Wednesdays, Oak Bluffs Library, 5 to 6 p.m.; Thursdays, St. Augustine Church, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.; Fridays Hillside Village, 9:30 to 10:15 a.m., Woodside Village, 10:45 to 11:30 a.m., and Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, 3 to 4 p.m.

Online pickup is available 15 minutes prior to opening at each location.
