The Martha's Vineyard Branch of the NAACP has announced a second panel discussion on police reform in Massachusetts, Nov. 23 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Zoom.

Moderated by attorney Arthur Hardy-Doubleday, the panel is scheduled to include state senator Julian Cyr, state representative Dylan Fernandes, Oak Bluffs police chief and Vineyard NAACP president Erik Blake, former Boston City Councilor Tito Jackson and Island community activists Lisette Williams and Eugene Langston Jemison.
