Come in and scoop up Mitzi, she won’t last long. Mitzi is a medium hair, gray and white girl who is about ten months old. She’s a lovely kitty, very pretty and sweet. Our other young, gray girl is Mona. She has a little white on her chest and big golden eyes. She came to us as a feral so she may always be somewhat shy, but she’s coming around nicely, enjoys pets and she does purr.

We’re looking for an angel for Striper. She’s a 15-year old, torbi who is a sweet girl. And Carly is still looking for a home. She’s is a seven-year old, indoor cat, up-to-date and ready to go. She’s a sweet, affectionate girl who comes when called, but would rather be an only cat in a home without children.

Two black and white, Abyssinian Guinea Pigs are now staying at the shelter. These boys are brothers who get along so can be caged together. The larger of the two is Mr. President and his brother is Dolphin. Both are hand raised and very nice piggies.

Tawny is our juvenile, dwarf Dutch bunny, and she been spending her time looking out the window. She’s hoping for a home with someone who will let her out of her cage and play with her and let her stretch her legs. She’s been hand raised, is very friendly and adores people.

We’d like to thank everyone for their donations of used towels and sheets and such, but request that you do not leave things outside the door when the shelter is closed. Often the items are things we aren’t able to use and can be costly for us to dispose of, so please come by with your donations during shelter hours or call first. If we can’t take your items we can usually suggest someplace that will.
