The deadline to register to vote or change party for the Nov. 6 election is Oct. 17. All town clerk’s offices will be open that day until 8 p.m. (Aquinnah town offices will be open from noon to 4 p.m. and 7 to 8 p.m.)
Early voting runs for two consecutive weeks on weekdays from Oct. 22 through Oct. 26, and Oct. 29 through Nov 2. Edgartown will also be open for early voting on Saturday, Oct. 27. All early voting takes place at town halls. To register to vote online, go to (https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ovr/). The last day to apply for an absentee ballot is Monday, Nov. 5.
