For the months of January and February the Vineyard Conservation Society is hosting a series of films and discussions to the Oak Bluffs Library to help raise awareness about waste issues.

The schedule includes Tapped on Tuesday, Jan. 31, at 6 p.m., a documentary about the bottled water industry; Life Without a Trash Can on Feb. 9 at 5:30 p.m. featuring a series of taped TED talks by people living a zero waste lifestyle; and Bag It on Feb. 18 at 1 p.m. about a man who tries to live without using plastic bags.
