More sun means more active fun, which means for more meat is needed to get the muscles and blood flowing. Well, the Meat Ball has landed.

On Saturday, April, 2 from 6 to 10 p.m. join the meat parade at the Agricultural Hall. Local meats from The Farm Institute, Morning Glory Farm, The GOOD Farm and The Grey Barn take center stage, with some local sides holding court too.

Dinner will be followed by dancing, naturally, with the Chandler Blues Band setting the tone. The cost is $10 for adult members of the agricultural society; $15 for general public, $5 for kids 5-12; and free for under five years old.

The event is BYOB and BYO place setting.
