Elizabeth Channing Nevin Broski and Airton Broski Jr. of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Layana Isabella Broski, born Nov. 9 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Layana weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces at birth.
