The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

July 17

Paul J. Clasby, 37, of Holliston, pleaded guilty to a July 14 charge in Edgartown of drunken driving, second offense, continued without finding for one year. Ordered to pay $600 in fees, a $65 monthly probation services fee, to lose license for 45 days and to complete a 24-day driver alcohol education program. Found not responsible on a failure to stop/yield charge and a charge of operating a motor vehicle in violation of a license restriction was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

William H. Harrop, 22, of Walpole, admitted to sufficient facts on June 7 charges in Oak Bluffs of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. amended from breaking and entering a building for a felony, and malicious destruction of property under $250 (an ornamental lantern), continued without finding for one year. Must pay $40 in restitution, $50 victim/witness assessment fee and a $50 monthly probation services fee. Charges of disorderly conduct and larceny from a building were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Robert C. Manning, 31, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on a July 16 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 14.

Stephen W. Moore, 54, of Vineyard Haven, pleaded guilty to a May 7 charge in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery, ordered to serve 90 days in a house of correction, sentence suspended for one year, placed on probation for one yea. Ordered to pay a $50 victim/witness assessment fee. Admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon (hammer), continued without finding for one year. Charges of assault and battery on a person 60 or older or disabled, landlord attempting to regain the premises by force and breaking and entering during daytime for a felony, person in fear were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. In a separate case, a May 22 charge in Vineyard Haven of violating a harassment prevention order was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Matthew Rodosh, 26, of Edgartown, arraigned on a July 14 charge in Edgartown of domestic assault and battery. A court appearance was scheduled for August 29.

John E. Sheehan, 26, of Stoughton, admitted to sufficient facts on June 7 charges in Oak Bluffs of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, amended from breaking and entering a building during nighttime to commit a felony, and malicious destruction of property under $250, both continued without finding for one year. Ordered to pay $90 in fees and a $50 monthly probation services fee. Charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and larceny from a building were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Deborah Travers, 36, of Edgartown, arraigned on a July 16 charge in Edgartown of violating an abuse prevention order. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 14.

Nicholas Viaggio, 30, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on July 15 charges in Oak Bluffs of intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, threat to commit a crime (assault and battery) and trespassing. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 21.

July 31

Charles N. Greenaway, 32, of West Tisbury, arraigned on July 26 charges in West Tisbury of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and trespassing. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 15.

August 1

Karley J. Langmade, 18, of Naples, Fla., arraigned on August 1 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, person under 21 possessing liquor and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 22.

Mario E. Spindalo, 27, of Edgartown, admitted to sufficient facts on a June 8 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, continued without finding for one year. Ordered to pay $600 in fees, a $65 monthly probation services fee, to lose license for 45 days and to complete a 24-day driver alcohol education program. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of failure to stop/yield and a marked lanes violation.

August 4

Michael J. Arruda, 40, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on an August 3 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 2.

Tiffany J. Rebello, 30, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on August 1 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 2.

August 7

Derick J. Brodeur, 26, of Edgartown, arraigned on August 6 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection/sticker, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and uninsured motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 29.

Ronilton R. Dasilva, 43, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on June 19 charges in Vineyard Haven of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and trespassing. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 4.

Jose C. Dias, 39, of Oak Bluffs, pleaded guilty on a July 6 charge in Edgartown of failure to stop for police, ordered to pay $100 fine. Admitted to sufficient facts on a speeding charge, ordered to pay $305 fine. A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle will be dismissed upon request of the commonwealth if $100 is paid and eight hours of community service is completed by Sept. 10.

Stephen S. Eldridge, 58, of Florence, arraigned on August 6 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 22.

Brian S. Keats, 40, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on August 6 charges in Edgartown of possessing to distribute cocaine, possession of a class B drug (Percocet) and possession of a class C drug (Clonazepam). A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 19.

Gilberto Lima, 29, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on June 15 charges in Vineyard Haven of leaving the scene of property damage and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 4.

Jacob M. Murphy, 25, of Edgartown, arraigned on August 7 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 29.

Alicia R. Pollard, 31, of Brockton, arraigned on August 7 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and a marked lanes violation. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 12.

August 8

Evan L. Cyr, 25, of South Windsor, Conn., arraigned on August 8 charges in Edgartown of malicious destruction of property under $250, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 12.

Scott E. Fielding, 22, of West Tisbury, found guilty on a June 14 charge in West Tisbury of selling/delivering liquor to person under 21, and on July 24 charges in Vineyard Haven of larceny from a building and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, amended from breaking and entering a building during the nighttime for a felony, ordered to serve six months in a house of correction. According to a police report filed in court, Mr. Fielding allegedly broke into a home and took $750, a pair of headphones and a Star Wars hat.

Jonathan Silva, 24, of West Palm Beach, Fla., arraigned on August 8 charges in Edgartown of disturbing the peace, indecent exposure, breaking and entering a vehicle/boat during nighttime for a felony, trespassing and attempt to commit a crime. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 5.

August 11

William D. Grant, 34, of Falmouth, arraigned on a August 9 charge in Edgartown of disorderly conduct. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 25.

Brian P. Langhammer, 47, of Vineyard Haven, will have a May 18 charge in Edgartown of leaving the scene of property damage dismissed if $100 in restitution is paid forthwith.

John T. Netro, 62, of Saunderstown, R.I., pleaded guilty to April 27 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage and uninsured motor vehicle, put on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $600 in fees, remain alcohol free with random screens, to lose license for 45 days and complete a 24-day driver alcohol education program. Found responsible on an unregistered motor vehicle charge, ordered to pay $100 civil assessment fee by Feb. 11, 2015.
