The following cases were heard in Edgartown District Court.

July 21

Milteer H. Hendricks, Jr., 32, of Waquoit, arraigned on July 19 charges in Oak Bluffs of failure to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, unregistered motor vehicle and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 18.

Lesley C. Kwetey, 29, of Vineyard Haven, will have a July 20 charge in Oak Bluffs of trespassing dismissed if 16 hours of community service are served by Sept. 4.

Robert J. Long, 28, of Chilmark, arraigned on July 2009 charges in Edgartown of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 29.

Joshua L. Sperling, 32, of Chilmark, arraigned on July 18 charges in Aquinnah of failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and assault with dangerous weapon (motor vehicle). Bail was set at $5,000 surety and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 21.

July 24

Christine Bonannodilinguaglossa, 36, of Scottsdale, Ariz., admitted to sufficient facts on June 25 charges in Vineyard Haven of disturbing the peace and two counts of reckless endangerment of a child, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to continue counseling as mandated by probation, pay a $50 monthly probation services fee and a $50 victim/witness assessment fee.

Maxwell R. Celeste, 23, of Edgartown, arraigned on June 5 charges in West Tisbury of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 14.

Stefan Chitu, 24, of Astoria, N.Y., will have a July 23 charge in Oak Bluffs of disorderly conduct dismissed if $200 is paid forthwith.

Denzil Cintron Jr., 42, of San Diego, Calif., arraigned on July 23 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 31.

Noel (Nole) Frisby, 21, of Edgartown, admitted to sufficient facts on July 15 charges in Edgartown of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, continued without finding for one year. Ordered to pay $50 victim/witness assessment fee and $50 monthly probation services fee for six months.

Tiara J. Lee, 20, of Aquinnah, arraigned on July 18 charges in Vineyard Haven of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and larceny less than $250. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 15.

Daniel F. O’Connor, 46, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on a July 23 charge in Oak Bluffs of disorderly conduct. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 15.

Michael J. Trabulsi, 21, of Malverne, N.Y., was arraigned on July 24 charges in Vineyard Haven of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Aug. 18.

David M. Ward, 21, of Edgartown, admitted to sufficient facts on July 15 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to remain alcohol free, pay $50 victim/witness assessment fee and a $50 monthly probation services fee for six months.

July 25

Robert L. Bernard, 53, of Vineyard Haven, had an April 15 charge in Vineyard Haven of domestic assault and battery dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Dakota Delviento, 21, of Oak Bluffs, had a March 11 charge in Vineyard Haven of intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official dismissed, motion to dismiss allowed. In a separate case, an April 16 charge in Oak Bluffs of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed, motion to dismiss allowed.

James A. Macello, 51, of Dorchester, arraigned on July 24 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for August 15.

July 28

Joshua D. Grant, 18, of Edgartown, arraigned on a June 1 charge in Edgartown of violating a harassment prevention order. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Sept. 5.

David E. Michael, 49, of Newport, R.I., arraigned on July 26 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Aug. 18.

Patrece L. Petersen, 42, of Edgartown, arraigned on July 27 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife), assault and battery on a police officer, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and mayhem. According to a police report filed in court, Mr. Petersen allegedly was the aggressor in a fight that took place at a residence on Smith Hollow drive. He allegedly cut the victim’s face with a knife and tried to fight police upon their arrival. Bail was set at $10,000 and a probable cause hearing was scheduled for August 25.
