The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

June 26

Christine Bonannodilinguaglossa, 36, of Scottsdale, Ariz., was arraigned on June 25 charges in Vineyard Haven of disturbing the peace and two counts of reckless endangerment of a child. According to a police report filed in court, Ms. Bonannodilinguaglossa allegedly caused a disturbance outside of the Net Result fish market when she was publicly intoxicated while the two children with her ran around the parking lot. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 24.

Reuben F. Brown, 36, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on June 21 charges in Chilmark of drunken driving, fourth offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. A further hearing was set for July 11.

Kyle J. Dubay, 21, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on June 21 charges in Oak Bluffs of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, vandalizing property (police cruiser), assault and battery on a police officer, threat to commit a crime (murder) and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. According to a police report filed in court, Mr. Dubay allegedly sprinted up and down Circuit avenue shirtless and ran away from the scene but later returned with a small pit bull. He allegedly continued causing a disturbance. During transport to the jail, he allegedly slammed his head against the divider of the police cruiser hard enough to draw blood, spit on and over the divider and onto an officer’s head and threatened to kill a police officer. Pretrial hearing scheduled for July 21.

David M. Ellett, 25, of Glendale, Ariz., placed on pretrial probation for 18 months on October 2013 charges in Edgartown of violating a harassment prevention order. Ordered to stay away from the Sandbar and Sharky’s Cantina in Edgartown and Oak Bluffs and to have no contact with the alleged victim.

Peter J. Estrella, 36, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on June 21 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault to murder and domestic assault and battery. According to a police report filed in court, Mr. Estrella allegedly punched a woman in the face with a closed fist, banged her head against a door and wall multiple times, grabbed her neck with both of his hands and dragged her down a flight of stairs by her neck. Bail set at $3,000 surety and pretrial hearing scheduled for July 24.

Scott E. Fielding, 22, of West Tisbury, arraigned on a June 14 charge in West Tisbury of selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21. According to a police report filed in court, Mr. Fielding allegedly organized a party and allowed minors to drink alcohol at a residence. Pretrial hearing scheduled for July 25.

Matthew D. Howell, 55, of West Tisbury, arraigned on a June 14 charge in West Tisbury of selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21. According to a police report filed in court, Mr. Howell allegedly allowed minors to drink alcohol at his residence. Pretrial hearing scheduled for July 25.

Suzanne S. Koorse, 59, of Edgartown, arraigned on June 25 charges in Edgartown of drunken driving and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for July 21.

June 27

Melissa Clay, 39, of West Tisbury, admitted to sufficient facts on a May 5 charge in Oak Bluffs of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for six months. Ordered to pay a $50 monthly probation services fee for six months, a $250 head injury assessment fee and a $50 victim/witness assessment fee. A charge of drunken driving was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, and found not responsible on charges of speeding in violation of special regulation and a marked lanes violation.

John M. Frederick, 45, of Edgartown, placed on six months pretrial probation on an August 2013 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery, ordered not to abuse the alleged victim.

Liam P. Nixon, 23, of Vineyard Haven, had a May 25 charge in Vineyard Haven of domestic assault and battery dismissed upon request of the commonwealth with failure of victim to cooperate. A charge of carrying a dangerous weapon (throwing star) dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, ordered to forfeit the throwing star.

Henry T. Parent, 22, of Edgartown will have a Feb. 16 charge in Vineyard Haven of selling/delivering liquor to a person under 21 dismissed if 24 hours community service is completed by Aug. 14. A separate charge of keeping a noisy/disorderly house was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

June 30

Jennison D. Adamson, 39, of Vineyard Haven. admitted to sufficient facts on a May 25 charge in Vineyard Haven of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay a $50 monthly probation services fee, $250 head injury assessment fee and $50 victim/witness assessment fee. A charge of drunken driving was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth and found not responsible on a marked lanes violation and license not in possession.

Justice R. Degregorio, 22, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on May 1 charges in Edgartown of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulation, failure to stop/yield, marked lanes violation, and leaving the scene of property damage. According to a police report filed in court, she allegedly drove her car into the woods and abandoned it. Pretrial hearing scheduled for Aug. 1.

Evelyn Dengler, 71, of Chilmark, was placed on pretrial probation for six months on a May 30 charge in Chilmark of negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Michael P. McCluskey, 30, of Vineyard Haven, admitted to sufficient facts on a December 2013 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, amended from drunken driving, second offense, continued without finding for one year. Ordered to pay a $65 monthly probation services fee for one year and $600 in other fees. Ordered to complete a 24-day driver alcohol education program and to lose license for 45 days. Found not responsible on failure to stop/yield and had a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Kevin M. Medeiros, 31, of Vineyard Haven, admitted to sufficient facts on a December 2013 charge in Vineyard Haven of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for one year. Ordered to pay a $50 monthly probation services fee, $250 head injury assessment fee and $50 victim/witness assessment fee. A charge of drunken driving was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth and found not responsible on a marked lanes violation.

Rafael J. Robadel, 22, of Vineyard Haven, admitted to sufficient facts on a June 24 charge in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, continued without finding for one year. Ordered to pay a $65 monthly probation services fee and $600 in other fees. Ordered to complete a 24-day driver alcohol education program and to lose license for 45 days. Found not responsible on a marked lanes violation and had a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. According to a police report filed in court, Mr. Robadel allegedly almost crashed into three separate telephone poles on Barnes Road while driving 10 miles under the posted speed limit.
