Windemere Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Oak Bluffs is hosting a memory cafe, an idea that began in rural Nova Scotia, on Friday, Feb. 21, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The event offerspeople with memory loss and their caregivers a place to meet for entertainment and refreshments. The goal is to provide a comfortable place to socialize when it can be difficult to do so in regular settings. Memory cafe is free and open to the public. It takes place in the recreation room at Windmere. For more information, call Mary Holmes at 508-862-1933 or email her at mholmes2@partners.org
