Emilee Dorr, 28, of Oak Bluffs, pleaded guilty to a Sept. 8 charge in Oak Bluffs of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $500 in fines/assessments and a $50 monthly probation services fee. A charge of drunken driving was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, found not responsible for failure to stop/yield. Found responsible for no inspection/sticker, ordered to pay a $50 fine/assessment.

Charles E. Mayo, 49, of Stoughton, was arraigned on May 14 charges in Oak Bluffs of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as a habitual traffic offender and no inspection/sticker. Bail was set at $500 and a pretrial hearing scheduled for June 21.

May 16

Leigh J. Rogers, 52, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on May 16 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery, possessing a class B drug and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shod foot). Pretrial hearing scheduled for June 7.

Patrick M. Whalen, 42, of Vineyard Haven, had Feb. 25 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (kitchen tongs) and assault and battery dismissed without prejudice because of failure of the alleged victim to cooperate.

May 17

Andrew H. Martzell, 47, of West Tisbury, admitted to sufficient facts on Dec. 29 charges in Edgartown of malicious destruction of property less than $250, (amended from more than $250), and intimidating a witness, continued without a finding for six months. Ordered to pay a $50 monthly probation services fee and restitution to be determined within 30 days.

Jamie L. Wainwright, 48 of Vineyard Haven, had a March 29 charge of assault and battery in Vineyard Haven dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

May 20

Luke Depriest, 33, of Oak Bluffs, admitted to sufficient facts on a March 14 charge in Edgartown of being present where heroin is kept, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay a $50 victim/witness assessment fee. A charge of conspiracy to violate drug law was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Kevin J. Leaf Jr., 29, of Edgartown, was arraigned on May 18 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, second offense, motor vehicle lights violation, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 20.

Wampsikuk P. Mills, 29, of Mashpee, was arraigned on a May 18 charge in Vineyard Haven of larceny more than $250 for allegedly stealing a $322 scarf from Midnight Farm. Pretrial hearing scheduled for June 27.

Antonio C. Simoes, 54, of West Tisbury, was arraigned on May 18 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for June 21.

Andrew M. Wheeler, 25, of Vineyard Haven, will have a March 9 charge in West Tisbury of larceny more than $250 dismissed if four hours of community service are completed by June 19 and a letter of apology is sent. Alleged to have stolen two fishing nets valued at $500.

William E. Zukowski, 64, of Edgartown, admitted to sufficient facts on an April 13 charge of drunken driving in Edgartown, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay $600 in fees and a $65 monthly probation services fee, to lose license for 45 days and to complete a 24-day driver alcohol education program. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth, found not responsible on a charge of failure to stop/yield.
