The following cases were heard in 
Edgartown district court.

Feb. 15

Scott E. Fielding, 20, of Vineyard Haven, found guilty of a May 16, 2012 Tisbury charge of lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct, ordered to serve six months in a house of correction, balance suspended two years, placed on probation for two years. Ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation, follow treatment as mandated by probation and have no contact with victim. Alleged to have masturbated in Memorial Park in Vineyard Haven.

Scott E. Fielding, 20, of Vineyard Haven, found guilty of a June 30, 2012 West Tisbury charge of open and gross lewdness. Ordered to serve two years in a house of correction, balance suspended two years and concurrent with another charge. Ordered to have no contact with victim and to not trespass at Ice House Pond. Alleged to have exposed himself to a Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank employee at Ice House Pond in West Tisbury.

Scott E. Fielding, 20, of Vineyard Haven, had a March 8 West Tisbury charge of larceny under $250 dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Scott E. Fielding, 20, of Vineyard Haven, had June 15, 2012 Tisbury charges of breaking and entering during daytime for a felony, unarmed robbery and intimidating a witness dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found guilty of one count of assault and battery and one count of threat to commit a crime, and was placed on probation for two years, concurrent with another charge. Alleged to have entered a private home without permission, shoved a man, stolen a laptop and threatened harm if the police were called.

Feb. 19

Sean K. O’Brien, 30, of Oak Bluffs, had August 12, 2012 Oak Bluffs charges of assault and battery and aggravated assault dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Sean K. O’Brien, 30, of Oak Bluffs, found guilty of a July 21, 2012 Oak Bluffs charge of disorderly conduct, ordered to pay $150 fine. Also found guilty of resisting arrest, placed on probation for one years and ordered to pay $50 victim/witness fee, serve 80 hours of community service, remain alcohol-free with screens and undergo substance abuse treatment as mandated by probation. A charge of intimidating a witness was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Feb. 21

Juana M. Camilleri, 50, of West Tisbury, admitted to sufficient facts on a Jan. 17 Tisbury charge of drunken driving. Continued without a finding for one year, ordered to attend a 24-day alcohol education program, lose license for 45 days, and pay $600 in fees. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth and he was found not responsible for a marked lanes violation. A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle will be dismissed upon completion of eight hours of community service by April 24. Daniel S. Defoe, 28, of West Tisbury, had Oct. 28, 2012 West Tisbury charges of drunken driving, second offense and leaving scene of property damage dismissed.

Deshawn James, 18, of Oak Bluffs, admitted to sufficient facts on a Oct. 22, 2012 Oak Bluffs charge of larceny from a building, continued without a finding for two years. Ordered to pay $230 restitution. Pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering a building for a misdemeanor, amended from breaking and entering a building during nighttime for a felony. Placed on probation for two years, ordered to complete 30 hours of community service. A charge of unarmed burglary was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Alleged to have entered an unlocked Oak Bluffs home on three separate occasions and stolen hundreds of dollars found lying on tables and countertops.

Deshawn James, 18, of Oak Bluffs, pleaded guilty to a Nov. 20, 2012 Oak Bluffs charge of breaking and entering a building for a misdemeanor, amended from breaking and entering a building during nighttime for a felony. Placed on probation for two years and ordered to compete 30 hours of community service, concurrent with another charge. Admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of larceny from a building, continued without a finding for two years.

Deshawn James, 18, of Oak Bluffs, pleaded guilty to a Dec. 5, 2012 Oak Bluffs charge of breaking and entering a building for a misdemeanor, amended from breaking and entering a building during nighttime for a felony. Placed on probation for two years, ordered to compete 30 hours of community service, concurrent with another charge. Ordered to pay $500 restitution and $50 victim/witness assessment. Admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of larceny from a building, continued without a finding for two years.

Danielle M. Shea, 28, of Edgartown, had a Jan. 17 Edgartown charge of assault and battery dismissed with accord and satisfaction.

Feb. 22

Anna-Klara Lindstrom-Greene, 53, of West Tisbury, had a Dec. 8 Edgartown charge of vandalizing a county building dismissed upon payment of $100 court costs. A charge of malicious destruction of property over $250 wad dismissed outright. Alleged to have vandalized smoke detector at floor tiles at the house of correction.

Keith P. Mccabe, 39, of Crystal Lake, Ill., had a June. 10, 2007 Edgartown charge of disorderly conduct dismissed upon payment of $100 court costs.

Feb. 25

Robert E. Andrade Jr., 45, of New Bedford, turned himself in for an outstanding default warrant and paid an outstanding balance of $540. Was arraigned in 1996 on four charges of assault and battery, four counts of assault and battery with dangerous weapon and one count of affraying common law.

Jake C. Merrill, 31, of West Tisbury, ordered to serve one year of probation for a Nov. 1, 2012 West Tisbury charge of leaving the scene of property damage.

David Millen, 19, of Vineyard Haven, had a Nov. 12, 2012 Edgartown charge of assault and battery dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.
