Amandine and Louis Hall of Vineyard Haven announce the birth of a son, Finnegan Edward Roland Hall, born on Jan. 18, 2013 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Finnegan weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces at birth.
