Sybil and Carlos Teles Filho of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Nina Leaf Teles, born on Oct. 4 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Nina weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces at birth. Nina is welcomed by big brother Hogan McCoy.
