The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court:

July 13

Richard Abrazinski, 50, of Edgartown, pleaded guilty to August 2011 charges in Oak Bluffs of breaking and entering a building in the daytime for felony, larceny from a building and larceny more than $250. He was ordered to spend two years in a house of correction with four months to serve and credit given from June 23, balance suspended two years. Ordered to pay restitution to be determined, remain alcohol/illicit drug-free with screens, be evaluated for level three probation status and have treatment as mandated by probation. According to a police report filed in court, the charges stem from the theft of a cash register containing about $4,000 from Murdick’s Fudge in Oak Bluffs.

Richard Abrazinski, 50, of Edgartown, pleaded guilty to a May 4 charge in Oak Bluffs of carrying a dangerous weapon (a cutlery knife), ordered to spend two years in a house of correction with four months to serve and credit given from June 23, balance suspended two years. Ordered to remain alcohol/illicit drug-free with screens and have treatment as mandated by probation.

Richard Abrazinski, 50, of Edgartown, pleaded guilty to larceny more than $250 on June 23 in Oak Bluffs, ordered to spend one year in a house of correction with four months to serve, balance suspended two years and credit given from June 23. If restitution is not paid by Nov. 19, the balance of the sentence will be imposed.

July 16

Ashley M. Figueroa, 37, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on July 14 charges in West Tisbury of assault and battery on a police officer, drunken driving, resisting arrest, speeding in violation of special regulation and marked lanes violation. A pretrial hearing was set for August 6.

Lauren L. Oskan, 33, of West Tisbury, was arraigned on June 10 charges in West Tisbury of criminal harassment and annoying telephone calls/electronic communication. In a separate case, she was arraigned on June 1 charges in West Tisbury of criminal harassment and annoying telephone calls/electronic communications. The charges stem from allegedly sending repeated texts to a West Tisbury woman. Pretrial hearings for both charges were scheduled for August 23.

Lauren L. Oskan, 33, of West Tisbury, had a March 12 charge in Edgartown of violating a harassment prevention order dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.
