Martin J. Kelly, 38, of Edgartown, pleaded guilty to May 10 Edgartown charges of possessing class B drugs (percocet). Ordered to serve six months in a house of correction, 30 days to serve, balance suspended two years, with two years probation. Ordered to pay a $50 victim witness assessment fee and a $65 monthly probation services fee, seek treatment as mandated by probation, remain drug free with screens. Pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, placed on probation for two years concurrent with first count. A charge of conspiracy to violate drug law was dismissed upon request of commonwealth.

May 21

Nicholi D. Sullo, 26, of Vineyard Haven, pleaded guilty to two April 5 Tisbury charges of possessing to distribute class D drugs (marijuana), 18 months. probation. Ordered to pay a $50 victim assessment fee and $65 monthly probation fee and remain drug free with screens; treatment as mandated by probation.

Hunter Denman, 31, of Oak Bluffs, admitted to sufficient facts on May 18 Edgartown charges of resisting arrest and possessing class B drugs (methadone), continued without a finding for six months. Ordered to complete eight hours of community service and pay $50 victim witness assessment fee and $50 monthly probation services fee.

Samuel A. Stellmach, 21, of Seekonk, arraigned on May 19 Edgartown charges of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing set for June 25.

May 24

Richard Abrazinski, 50, of Edgartown, was arraigned on a May 4 Oak Bluffs charge of carrying a dangerous weapon (a filet knife). A June 4 pretrial hearing was scheduled.

Asa French, 26, of Vineyard Haven, pleaded guilty to a March 14 Tisbury charge of assault and battery, placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $50 victim witness assessment and $65 monthly probation services fee, to remain drug and alcohol free with screens, not to abuse the victim, and not to drive without a driver’s license.

Asa French, 26, of Vineyard Haven, will have an April 26 Oak Bluffs charge of disorderly conduct dismissed if court costs and restitution are paid by June 27. A charge of resisting arrest was dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Kenneth R. Gross, 86, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on March 17 Tisbury charges of drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation. Pretrial hearing scheduled for June 21.

Joseph Medeiros, 31, of Oak Bluffs, pleaded guilty to Sept. 23 Oak Bluffs charges of breaking into a depository, breaking and entering in a building during the daytime for felony and larceny more than $250. Ordered to serve two and a half years in a house of correction, suspended three years, pay $16,257 in restitution and a $90 victim witness assessment, and remain drug free with screens.

Joseph Medeiros, 31, of Oak Bluffs admitted to sufficient facts on Sept. 27 Oak Bluffs charges of possessing to distribute class B drugs (oxycodone) and possessing to distribute class C drugs (Xanax), continued without a finding for three years.

May 25

Anthony A. Foster, 41, of Edgartown, pleaded guilty to a Jan. 12 Aquinnah charge of assault and battery, continued without a finding for two years. Ordered to serve one year in a house of correction, suspended two years, to pay a $50 victim witness assessment and a $50 monthly probation services fee, and not to contact the victim. Admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of breaking and entering in the nighttime for felony, continued without a finding for two years. Charges of unarmed and assault burglary and assault to murder were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Anthony A. Foster, 41, of Edgartown, admitted to sufficient facts on an April 2 Edgartown charge of violating an abuse prevention order, continued without a finding for two years. Ordered to pay a $50 victim witness assessment fee.

Robert G. Parkhurst, 59, of Edgartown, pleaded guilty to an April 28 Oak Bluffs charge of drunken driving, third offense. Ordered to serve two and a half years in a house of correction, balance suspended three years. Ordered to pay $350 in fees and a $65 monthly probation services fee, placed on probation for three years. Not responsible for marked lanes violation; a charge of operating under the influence of drugs was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Christine A. Kurth, 48, of Edgartown, admitted to sufficient facts on a Jan. 5 Tisbury charge of uttering false prescription, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay a $50 victim witness assessment and a $50 monthly probation services fee.
