The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

Nov. 14

Keith P. Cronin, 34, of West Tisbury, arraigned on Nov. 11 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a shovel), disorderly conduct and a common law affray charge, stemming from a fight on Circuit avenue. Dec. 9 pretrial hearing scheduled.

Nov. 17

Frederick G. Burgess, 71, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on Sept. 9 charges in Oak Bluffs of landlord interfering with quiet enjoyment, breaking and entering a building nighttime for felony and larceny over $250. Police alleged he broke into a tenant’s room and took cash. A Dec. 19 pretrial hearing was scheduled.

Laura C. Radcliffe, 26, of Vineyard Haven, ordered to perform eight hours community service on a December 2010 charge of larceny by check under $250, eight hours community service on a March 23 charge of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended and eight hours community service on a Sept. 3 charge of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended. If the service is performed by Jan. 18, the charges will be dismissed.

Nov. 18

Alyson E. Woollacott, 33, of Fall River, arraigned on two June 24 charges in Oak Bluffs of larceny by check under $250. Dec. 22 pretrial hearing was scheduled.

Dhionys Sampaio, 31, of Edgartown, had Jan. 10 charges in Oak Bluffs of annoying telephone calls/electronic communications and criminal harassment dismissed by the commonwealth.

Tyler Pelletier, 20, of Edgartown, ordered to perform eight hours community service on a vandalizing property charge and on a carrying a dangerous weapon charge. July 5 charges in Oak Bluffs will be dismissed if the service is completed by Jan. 18. In a June 20 Oak Bluffs case, he admitted to sufficient facts on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest charges and they were continued without a finding for six months. He was ordered to pay a monthly $50 probation services fee and $50 victim witness assessment. A third charge of assault and battery was dismissed.

William J. Lasker, 29, of Chilmark, pleaded guilty to a Jan. 6 charge in Edgartown of receiving stolen property under $250, placed on probation for two years, ordered to pay $485 restitution and submit to drug screens. Also admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of breaking and entering a vehicle daytime for felony, continued without a finding for two years. In a December 2010 case, he pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property under $250 and was placed on probation for two years and admitted to sufficient facts on a breaking and entering vehicle daytime for felony, continued without a finding. In an April 2010 case, he admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of larceny over $250 and a charge of uttering a false check, continued without a finding for two years. Ordered to pay $2,494 in restitution in that case.

Anthony J. Bordini, 20, of Chelmsford, placed on pretrial probation for nine months on Oct. 10 charges in Edgartown of disorderly conduct and false/misuse of liquor identification/license. Ordered to pay $400 in court costs.

Amanda J. Fenner, 31, of Chilmark, placed on pretrial probation for 18 months on a July 25 charge in Chilmark of assault and battery. Also ordered to refrain from any abuse of the victim and to comply with all probate court orders.

Joseph B. Gonsalves, 44, of Oak Bluffs, admitted to sufficient facts on a June 9 charge in Oak Bluffs of violating abuse prevention order, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay a monthly $50 probation services fee during the year and a $50 victim witness assessment.
