Oct. 11

Anthony J. Deharo, 42, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on Oct. 9 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, fourth offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop or yield. Released on $1,000 cash bail and ordered to be subject to random screens. Pretrial hearing set for Nov. 21.

Michael A. Southwick, 37, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on an Oct. 8 charge in Oak Bluffs of domestic assault and battery. Ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. Nov. 18 pretrial hearing set.

Oct. 14

Michael H. Sisco, 39, of Edgartown, pleaded guilty to a July 16 charge in Edgartown of criminal harassment and placed on a year’s probation. Ordered to neither contact the female victim nor trespass at the store where she works. In a separate case, a May 4 Vineyard Haven disorderly conduct charge at the First Baptist Church was dismissed.

Richard Lupo, 27, of Oak Bluffs, admitted to sufficient facts on three August 1 charges of larceny over $250, case was continued without a finding for six months. Accused of stealing three bonsai trees worth a total of $4,000 from Donaroma’s Nursery and Landscape Services.

Oct. 17

Michael J. Lasek, 33, of Edgartown, arraigned on Oct. 16 charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Accused of violating the Oct. 10 order, which requires him to refrain from any contact with the alleged victim, by sending her text messages. Pretrial hearing set for Nov. 21.
