The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

June 17

Erik S. Dolliver, 20, of Vineyard Haven, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of possession of liquor by a person under 21 and keeping a noisy and disorderly house. The offense occurred on June 13. Case continued without a finding until June 13, 2012. Mr. Dolliver was ordered to remain alcohol free and submit to random screenings while in the commonwealth, complete 20 hours of community service and pay a $50 monthly probation fee. Probation will run until June 13, 2012.

June 21

Michail T. Burford, 21, of Oak Bluffs, arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, another count of larceny over $250, receiving stolen property in excess of $250 and another count of receiving stolen property in excess of $250. Offense occurred on June 20. Bail set at $200 and posted.

Tyler Pelletier, 20, of Edgartown, arraigned on charges of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Offense occurred on June 20. Counsel fee of $150 levied. A bail warning was given.

June 23

Bruce Authlete, 40, of North Kingstown, R.I., arraigned on charges of number plate violation to conceal ID, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle. Offense occurred on April 17. Mr. Authlete was ordered to complete 12 hours of community service.

Zachary D. Brazdis, 27, of Vineyard Haven, charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed by the commonwealth.

Taggart B. Young, 30, of West Tisbury, arraigned on charges of keeping a noisy and disorderly house, disorderly conduct and violating a West Tisbury noise bylaw on June 3. The offense occurred on May 29. First arraignment was on June 20, with a new service ordered. Fine of $50 paid; status review set for July 27.

Priti Suri, 48, of New Delhi, India, found guilty of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and on operating under the influence. The offense occurred on June 18. Fined $925.

June 24

Michael Leighton, 42, of West Tisbury, arraigned on charges of trespassing on private property in Oak Bluffs. Fined $400, status review of payment on June 29.

Dennis A. Vogel, 22, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Sentenced to 20 hours community service; status review set for August 3.

Dunstan E. Smith, 29, of Vineyard Haven, found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Required to fulfill 20 hours of community service, plus no moving violations, no driving without a valid license, fined $500. Status review set for Sept. 28.

June 27

Jeffrey A. Sylvia, 23, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on charges of trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, possession with intent to distribute a class B drug, possession with intent to distribute a class D drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession with intent to distribute a class C drug. Offense occurred on June 24. Bail set at $5,000 and posted. Mr. Sylvia was informed of his right to a bail review and was issued a bail warning.

Jeffrey C. Rancourt, 23, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on charges of being present where heroin was kept and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Offense occurred on June 24. Bail was set at $500 and posted. Mr. Rancourt was informed of his right to a bail review and was issued a bail warning.

Beth Ann Serusa, 47, of West Tisbury, arraigned on charges of violating a harassment prevention order. Offense occurred on April 16.

Shane K. True, 29, of Vineyard Haven, arraigned on charges of speeding, marked lanes violation, failure to stop/yield, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police. Offense occurred on May 5.
