Evan, the son of Norman and Jessica Hall of Oak Bluffs and Saskia and David Vanderhoop, of Aquinnah, is a senior at the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School. All the best to Evan in his endeavors. Evan is reportedly the second student at the high school who has ever received the Gates Millineum Scholarship.
