Erin Go Bragh

They are not in Ireland yet, but it’s the next best thing this Wednesday night at Offshore Ale in Oak Bluffs.

Students of Irish history at the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School are raising money for their trip in February.

The night includes a feast of all things Irish: Leek and potato soup, smoked salmon and Irish brown bread, and Irish stew. For dessert there is chocolate stout cake with Bailey’s frosting. Seatings are at 5, 6:30 and 8 p.m.

There will also be traditional Irish music played by Gregg and Mary Harcourt, with a guest appearance by Willie Nevin.

A silent auction will round out the night.
