Butterfly Garden

Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary in Edgartown is seeking volunteers to work in its butterfly garden. Work sessions are scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon Fridays all spring and summer. Butterfly gardens can attract some of the most colorful butterflies found on the Vineyard, such as monarchs, red admirals and tiger swallowtails. Participants are welcome to participate on one week or every week. The sanctuary asks volunteers to bring gloves, favorite garden tools, mulch or simply their hands. More information is available by calling 508-627-4850.
