Bring on the rematch.

The Vineyard boys' basketball team travels to Taunton High School on Wednesday to take on Cardinal Spellman in the semifinals of the division three south section bracket. Game time is at 5 p.m.

Three years ago, the Vineyarders faced Cardinal Spellman in the south section finals. That game went to triple overtime, with Spellman coming out on top, 88-85.

This year, the two teams enter the semifinals with identical records (18-4). Spellman, the number two seed in the bracket, cruised to two easy wins over Hanover and Dedham in the early rounds.

The third-seeded Vineyard enters Wednesday's contest fresh off win over Wareham and Norwell. A win would put the Vineyard in the section finals against either Old Rochester or Westport.

Free fan buses will travel to the game, and will meet the 2:30 p.m. boat leaving from Vineyard Haven in Woods Hole on Wednesday. Space can be reserved during lunch periods at the regional high school.

Tickets can be purchased at Taunton High School, and are $5 for students/$7 for adults.
